6 November - Plastering and Filling

There seems to be barely a square inch of wall that doesn't need plastering or filling - but as they say it's all down to the preparation...

9 November - Wallpapering

All the family assist me with the wallpapering - even George (not yet 2) is sizing the walls.

15 November - Job done

The room is all painted and ready just in time for George's birthday. I take a day off to cook him lunch and cake.

17 November - Back to the bathroom
I am now returning to fitting the bathroom, preparing the walls for tiling.

26 November - Kitchen fitting
For a few more days I am working for a friend installing a new kitchen. He will be coming back to repay the debt in the New Year...
