Notes to date
- Roofing came in a bit lower as we could save VAT on some of the work, and managed to re-use a lot of our existing slate
- Pointing was reduced as I did a lot of it myself rather than pay someone else to do the work
- We had underestimated how much plumbing first fix work would be needed, and also decided to buy a rainwater harvesting tank
for flushing the toilets and the washing machine
